For emergency maintenance, please contact your property directly.

Additionally, for concerns or problems that cannot be resolved by the Property Manager at the site level, please email our Resident Service Management at handled@arborproperties.com

Emergencies

    • Fire.
    • Gas Leak.
    • Any water leak.
    • No electricity.
    • Sewer stoppage.
    • No heat.
    • Refrigerator not working.
    • No air conditioning (for safety reasons, we cannot work on outside units after dark or during inclement weather).
    • No hot water.
    • Toilet stopped up - only if apartment has just one bath.
    • Stoves.
    • Stopped up sinks.
    • Entry gate repairs.
    • Anyone trapped or locked out on their balcony.
